The service will be provided to older people and adults with physical disabilities. The service will also be provided to people over 10 years of age who have a learning disability or Autism in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 1 staff team located in Edinburgh.
