The service will be provided to adults with physical disabilities and older people in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in Edinburgh.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for Castle Care 24/7 (housing support service) and The Campus Project (CS2014327090).
The provider will ensure a Registered Manager is employed at all times.
