The service will be provided to adults and older people in their home and in the community.
The service will be provided in Edinburgh Dunfermline Rosyth Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes.
The service will be provided by two staff teams one covering Edinburgh the other covering Dunfermline Rosyth Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
