The service will be provided to children adults and older people with complex care needs including Mental Health Learning Disabilities Autism in their home and in the community within the Health Board areas of the Central Belt including Renfrewshire Dunbartonshire Fife Tayside and Lanarkshire.
The service will be provided by one staff team located in the office base at 100 West Regent St Glasgow.
