The service will be provided to older people adults with mental health learning and/or physical disabilities in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team operating in Edinburgh East Lothian and the Scottish Borders.
