Any other conditions unique to the service:
1. To provide a service to adults over 16 years with a learning difficulty and/or mental health condition which may include drug/alcohol difficulties or long term medical conditions living in their own homes.
2. The support will be provided by 3 staff teams to the East Ayrshire area.
3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
