The service will be provided to adults with learning and/or physical disabilities in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 4 staff teams located in Elgin to the Buckie Area.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manger of Cornerstone Buckie (Support Service)
