The service will be provided to people with adults with disabilities in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in Maud.
The registered manager will also be the registered manager for the Cornerstone Maud housing support service.
