To provide a service to adults with a variety of support needs living in their own homes and in the community.
The support will be provided by 6 staff teams located in North Lanarkshire. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
The registered manager is also the registered manager of Cornerstone North Lanarkshire Supported Living 2 Housing Support Service.
