The service will be provided to adults and older people with learning disabilities physical disabilities and mental health issues living in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by three staff teams located in Giffnock Glasgow.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for Cosgrove Care Supported Living (CS2003054090).
