The service will be provided to a maximum of 15 adults with an autistic spectrum disorder/learning difficulty in their home and in the community where a max of 12 clients will be supported at Daldorch. A further 3 clients will be supported at Mauchline.
The support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by two staff teams located at the Catrine and Mauchline addresses as agreed at registration.
The provider must ensure that any restrictions of liberty are legally authorised as advised by the Mental Welfare Commission and under the terms of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 with related powers listed in individual Guardianship Orders; detailed in care plans which are regularly reviewed; and understood by staff and not exceeded. Any such restrictions include the use of the perimeter fence for which the provider must ensure unrestricted ingress and egress and by 31 July 2021 submit plans for removal of the same before 2026.
