The service will be provided to older people adults with learning/physical disabilities and/or mental health problems in their own home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in Renfrewshire East Renfrewshire and Glasgow.
