The service will be provided to adults with mental health issues and physical disabilities and to older people in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by two staff teams covering Fife Edinburgh Falkirk and Stirling.
