The service will be provided to adults aged 18 and over including older people with Mental Health challenges Learning Difficulties and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorders physical/sensory impairment in their home and in the community.
The service will be provided by two staff teams covering Stirling and Falkirk Council areas. The service will also cover Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy in Fife Council area.
The service manager will be located full time in their Stirling office to manage the service. In the event that the manager is not located full time in the Stirling office the service will cease to operate and the Care Inspectorate will be informed of these changes.
