To provide a service to adults with a learning disability and/or Autism (and other complex needs) living in their own homes and in their local community.
The support will be provided by 1 staff team based in Denny FK6 6EL. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes to teams or addresses.
The service will be provided in the local authority areas of Falkirk Stirling Clackmannanand North Lanarkshire
