The service will be provided to adults including older people in their own homes and in the community.
The service will be provided by one staff team located in Aberdeen.
On a temporary basis until 30 June 2026 an additional staff team comprising of no more than 6 whole time equivalent staff will operate in the North Lanarkshire area. The provider should submit to the Care Inspectorate an application to register the North Lanarkshire service separately no later than 31 December 2025.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
