The service will be provided to adults including older people in their own homes and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by one staff team located in Aberdeen. The Care Inspectorate is to be notified of any changes to the addresses from which staff are based. On a temporary basis until 31 July 2025 an additional staff team comprising of no more than 6 whole time equivalent staff will operate in the Falkirk Council area.
