The service will be provided to adults with physical disabilities and older people in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in Fife.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for Heart Link Health Care Services.
