The service will be provided to adults with learning disabilities physical disabilities acquired brain injury and mental health needs living in their own home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by 4 staff teams located in the Caithness Inverness Invergordon and Fort William areas.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for Highland Services CS2016347522 (Housing Support Service).
