The service will be provided to adults and older people with assessed care and support needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by three staff teams located in Midlothian East Lothian and Scottish Borders as agreed following a variation granted on the 28 October 2024.
