The service will be provided to older people and adults children and younger people with a learning disability physical disability and/ or mental health support need in their home and in the community with one staff team dedicated to working with children and younger people.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 1 staff teams located in Kilmarnock.
