To provide a service to adults with learning disabilities Autism and older people in their own home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by a total of 7 staff teams; consisting of 4 staff teams located in Dunfermline and 3 staff teams located in Dundee. The service can operate within Fife Tayside Falkirk and Renfrewshire areas.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for Integrity Social Care Solutions Housing Support with Care at Home (CS2017362476).
