1. To provide a service to adults and older people with a learning disability in their own homes and in the community. Any other conditions unique to the service:
2. The support will be provided by one staff team based at St. Colm’s Complex, Pickaquoy Road, Kirkwall, KW15 1RP, as agreed in the notice granting registration dated 25 November 2016.
3. Staff support will be available to service users over a 24 hour period.
4. The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for:  
 Learning Disabilities Service – Supported Living Network (housing support)  Aurrida House  Family Focus Service (Aurrida House)  Glaitness summer play scheme  St.Colm’s Respite Bungalow 5. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
