To provide a service to children adults and older people who may have physical disabilities and learning disabilities living in their own homes in the community and on holiday.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The support will be provided by five staff teams for adults / older people and one staff team for children. One staff team will be located in Glasgow to support Glasgow and Inverclyde. The other teams will be located in Bellshill as agreed following a variation request granted on 5 August 2024. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes.
