The service will be provided to children and adults with physical disabilities and learning disabilities and to older people in their home in the community and on holiday.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by two staff teams for adults and one staff team for children located in Dunfermline.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for Love Housing Support Fife (CS2021000037).
