To provide a service to adults and older people who may have physical disabilities/learning disabilities and/or mental health support needs and who may have behaviours that challenge living in their own homes.
The support will be provided by 3 teams based in Edinburgh.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
The registered manager is also the registered manager for LTS Social Care Services (CS2017360261).
