The service will be provided older people with assessed support needs in their own homes and in the community.
The service will be provided by one staff team located in Glasgow supporting Glasgow and North Lanarkshire as agreed following a variation granted on 27 May 2025.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
