The service will be provided to adults with learning difficulties in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 5 staff teams located at Ercall Road Arnothill Gardens Alanmor Randolph Road and St Blanes.
The registered manager will also be the registered manager for the NHS Forth Valley Community Residential Resources housing support service.
