The service will be provided to older people in Edinburgh Stirling West Lothian Falkirk ad Fife in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 1 staff teams located in West Lothian.
