Number(s) and Age(s) of person(s) to whom service may be provided:1. The service will be provided to adults in their own homes and will be generic with the focus on providing mental health support.
The service will be available to service users over a 24 hour period.
The support will be provided by one staff team as agreed during this registration and where there are any subsequent changes the Care Inspectorate should be informed.
The Care Inspectorate requires to be notified if the staffing level as detailed on the notice granting registration increase or decrease by 10%.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
The manager for this registration will oversee another two combined services which are Glasgow (CS2007156110 & CS2007156109) and Forth Valley (CS2014330278 & CS2004061899
