The service will be provided to adults and older people in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team based at the service address in Stirling covering Falkirk Stirlingshire and Clackmannanshire.
The manager is also the manager of the Premo Group (CS2021000363) housing support service).
