The service will be provided to people with assessed support needs in their home and in the community in Glasgow and North and South Lanarkshire.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in Glasgow.
