To provide a care at home service to adults including older people in their own homes within: Edinburgh the Lothians and Falkirk local authority areas.
The support will be provided by two staff teams based at the care service address. The total whole time equivalent number of staff working in the service will not exceed 108.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
