Any other conditions unique to the service:
1. To provide a service to people with learning and/or physical disabilities living in their own homes and in the community. 2. The support will be provided by two staff teams, one in respect of the service based at Glenearn Road, Perth, PH2 0NJ and one in respect of the service based at Tulloch Hill, Perth, PH1 2PN as agreed at 24 August 2020.
