The service will be provided to adults with visual impairment and / or learning disabilities and associated needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in Clydebank.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for Sense Scotland Supported Living West Dunbartonshire and Surrounding Areas (housing support service).
