1. To provide a care at home service to adults aged 18 or over in their own homes or in temporary accommodation at the address as agreed during registration. 2. The support will be provided by one staff team based in Stornoway, at the address as agreed during registration and where there are any subsequent changes the Care Inspectorate should be informed.
 
3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
