The service will be provided to older people and adults with physical disabilities in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 2 staff teams located in Hawick and Livingston.
The service must further have developed their policies to reflect current guidance and legislation by 31 March 2025.
