The service will be provided to a maximum of 7 adults aged 18 and over with health issues and/or specific needs of mental health issues/substance addiction in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in the accommodation.
