To provide a service for adults with physical difficulties living in their own homes and in the wider community.
The support will be provided by 4 teams to the Ardnamurchan Peninsula area the Fort Augustus and Glenmorriston areas the Glenurquhart area and the Foyers and Boleskin areas a 5th team may be provided as needed to other areas of Highland Region.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
