The service will be provided to adults who have a primary diagnosis of a learning disability and may also have mental health or autism support needs and behaviours that challenges in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by two staff teams namely one in Falkirk and one in Doune Stirling.
The manager is also the manager of Swanton Care and Community Supported Living Service Scotland housing support service.
