To provide a service to people and older people with learning disabilities physical disabilities those recovering from drug and/or alcohol addiction and mental health problems living in their own homes and in the wider community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The support will be provided by two teams based in Inverness to Nairn and Moray.
