To provide a service to adults and older people with learning disabilities physical disabilities and mental health problems living in their own homes and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by 5 teams based in Inverness to the Inverness Area.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for The Richmond Fellowship Scotland Highland Service D (CS2016348351) (Housing Support Service).
