The service will be provided to adults and older people with in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team covering Edinburgh East Lothian West Lothian and Falkirk. The service will support one named individual in the North Lanarkshire area as agreed following a variation application granted on 6 December 2024.
