2. The support will be provided by 1 staff team located at the service address as agreed at Registration. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes. 3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate. 4. The service will make the updates to their Adult Support and Protection Policy and develop a Child Protection Policy and Contingency Plan as agreed at Registration by 10 August 2020. 5.
