To provide a service to adults with a diagnosis of enduring mental health learning disabilities and/or autism and neurodivergence physical disabilities addiction (alcohol and drug use) ageing and frailty.
The support will be provided by four staff teams located in Gilmerton Niddrie Cannonmills and West Craigs areas of Edinburgh. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes.
