To provide a service to older people adults with a learning disability and/or mental health support need living in their own homes and in the community.
The service will be provided by 2 staff teams covering West Lothian Midlothian Fife and Falkirk.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The registered manager will also be the registered manager for Wilta Healthcare Solutions Ltd CS2022000255.
