The service will be provided to adults and older people in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by two staff teams based in Paisley covering Glasgow and Renfrewshire. The service will also cover North and South Lanarkshire and West Dunbartonshire for a time limited period up to 11/12/2026.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for WNHSS (CS2024000018).
